Incluyendo palets de madera, contenedores de automoci\u00f3n y otros embalajes retornables.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 los palets y contenedores da\u00f1ados son un problema para los AGVs y AMRs?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Porque las <strong>unidades de carga en mal estado<\/strong> impiden que los robots m\u00f3viles trabajen de forma fluida y fiable, provocando paradas inesperadas y, en muchos casos, la necesidad de <strong>intervenci\u00f3n humana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las causas principales suelen reducirse a dos factores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Baja calidad<\/strong>, que adem\u00e1s se agrava tras m\u00faltiples ciclos de reutilizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Da\u00f1os durante la manipulaci\u00f3n manual<\/strong>, independientemente de la calidad original del palet o contenedor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u00e9 ocurre cuando un robot m\u00f3vil manipula unidades en mal estado<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cuando un AGV o AMR transporta palets o contenedores da\u00f1ados, pueden ocurrir dos cosas (o ambas):<\/p>\n<p><strong>A)<\/strong> El palet o contenedor (y\/o su carga) se cae.<br \/>\n<strong>B)<\/strong> El robot m\u00f3vil se detiene de forma inesperada.<\/p>\n<p>Como consultor, este es un problema que veo pr\u00e1cticamente a diario. Y siempre conduce a la misma pregunta clave:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 porcentaje de vuestros palets o contenedores est\u00e1 en mal estado?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sorprendentemente, casi nadie tiene una respuesta clara. Y sin embargo, este dato puede <strong>determinar si un proyecto de automatizaci\u00f3n es viable o no<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Disponibilidad: el factor cr\u00edtico<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pi\u00e9nsalo: para muchos clientes, si un AGV o AMR se detiene tan solo el <strong>5 % del tiempo<\/strong>, el sistema deja de ser aceptable. Y tienen raz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En automatizaci\u00f3n, <strong>todo gira en torno a la disponibilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Moving Robots<\/strong>, recomendamos exigir <strong>disponibilidades del sistema superiores al 99,8 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Con unidades de carga poco fiables, alcanzar estos niveles es pr\u00e1cticamente imposible.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 soluciones existen cuando los palets o contenedores no est\u00e1n en buen estado?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>La soluci\u00f3n f\u00e1cil\u2026 y cara<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sustituir cualquier unidad sospechosa por una nueva.<\/p>\n<p>Un palet de madera est\u00e1ndar cuesta aproximadamente <strong>6\u201310 \u20ac en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAhora imagina reemplazar <strong>10.000 unidades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No suele ser una opci\u00f3n realista.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0Automatizar solo con unidades en buen estado<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Filtrar los palets o contenedores da\u00f1ados y dejarlos para manipulaci\u00f3n manual.<\/p>\n<p>El problema aparece cuando el porcentaje de unidades defectuosas es alto:<br \/>\nen ese caso, la automatizaci\u00f3n <strong>pierde sentido operativo y econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Utilizar palets o contenedores \u201cesclavos\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una soluci\u00f3n intermedia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se mantienen los palets da\u00f1ados para expedici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Dentro de la planta, todo se mueve sobre unidades \u201cesclavas\u201d de mayor calidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00bfEl inconveniente?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Doble manipulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: colocar y retirar la unidad esclava en cada ciclo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Un detalle peque\u00f1o que puede arruinar un proyecto de automatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El estado de los palets y contenedores puede parecer un detalle menor, pero en rob\u00f3tica m\u00f3vil <strong>puede marcar la diferencia entre el \u00e9xito y el fracaso<\/strong> de un proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Ignorarlo es <strong>subestimar uno de los enemigos
