Cada sistema tiene ventajas y limitaciones que conviene analizar antes de tomar una decisi\u00f3n. En este art\u00edculo repasamos las caracter\u00edsticas de cada opci\u00f3n desde un punto de vista t\u00e9cnico y pr\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Robots-moviles-con-sistema-de-elevacion\"><\/span><strong>Robots m\u00f3viles con sistema de elevaci\u00f3n<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p>Los <strong>AGVs o AMRs con sistema de elevaci\u00f3n<\/strong> destacan por su flexibilidad operativa. Sus principales caracter\u00edsticas son:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Cuando la carga es una <strong>mesa o un rack<\/strong>, el robot puede <strong>dejarla directamente en el suelo<\/strong>, algo que no es posible con una soluci\u00f3n basada \u00fanicamente en rodillos.<\/li>\r\n<li>Si la carga es un <strong>palet u otro tipo de unidad similar<\/strong>, puede descargarse sobre una <strong>estructura met\u00e1lica<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>El robot puede <strong>cargar y descargar a diferentes alturas<\/strong>, en funci\u00f3n del recorrido del sistema de elevaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n<li>La parte superior del robot debe estar <strong>dise\u00f1ada y preparada espec\u00edficamente<\/strong> para encajar con la base de la carga.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Este tipo de soluci\u00f3n resulta especialmente interesante en entornos donde se requiere <strong>variabilidad de estaciones<\/strong>, cambios futuros o una mayor adaptabilidad del sistema.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Robots-moviles-con-transportador-de-rodillos\"><\/span><strong>Robots m\u00f3viles con transportador de rodillos<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p>Los <strong>robots m\u00f3viles con rodillos<\/strong> se integran de forma muy directa en entornos con transporte continuo. Sus principales caracter\u00edsticas son:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Siempre que la carga sea compatible con el <strong>transportador de rodillos<\/strong>, puede ser transportada sin problemas.<\/li>\r\n<li>No es necesario modificar los transportadores existentes, salvo que estos se encuentren a <strong>diferentes alturas<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>No existe la posibilidad de <strong>dejar la carga en el suelo<\/strong>, ya que el sistema depende siempre de puntos de transferencia.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Esta soluci\u00f3n suele encajar bien en instalaciones muy estandarizadas, con flujos definidos y poca variabilidad operativa.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solucion-combinada-elevacion-rodillos\"><\/span><strong>Soluci\u00f3n combinada: elevaci\u00f3n + rodillos<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p>La combinaci\u00f3n de <strong>sistema de elevaci\u00f3n y rodillos<\/strong> solo resulta realmente interesante en un escenario concreto:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Cuando los transportadores existentes se encuentran a <strong>diferentes alturas<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Y cuando el <strong>n\u00famero de robots m\u00f3viles es inferior<\/strong> al n\u00famero de entradas y salidas del sistema de transportadores.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>En estos casos, esta soluci\u00f3n h\u00edbrida permite ganar flexibilidad sin multiplicar el n\u00famero de robots.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion-tecnica\"><\/span><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p>Desde un punto de vista t\u00e9cnico, mi preferencia suele inclinarse hacia los <strong>robots m\u00f3viles con sistema de elevaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
